There are two spring sizes. Differences being lb/f to compression. These will be distinguished by color.

Minimum Barrel Spring System (BSS) for arrival at 24 miles per hour with dummy test weight of 300 lb minimum.

Testing is REQUIRED without riders mandatory.
All zip lines are different and will need all non-conservative forces accounted for by a Professional Engineer.

The Barrel Spring Systems (BSS) inspected to meet and exceed standards ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, Level S-II, AQL .65, have a Zero reject acceptance level.
Purchasers of any spring systems is a Major Modification for all ziplines in the United States and will require testing and certification.
Ways to establish arrival speed. All testing should include speed gun, GSP watches, with a test dummy weight of not less than 300 pounds.
